Richard Pugsley - Partner

Richard Pugsley is following in the footsteps of his father, grandfather and great grandfather who were all partners in the firm. Joining Hole & Pugsley in 2006, Richard covers a broad range of private client work from Commercial, Rural and Residential Property transactions to Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney. 
Richard can be frequently found on the cricket field in the summer months and enjoys watching rugby in the winter. He is often accompanied to the office by his dog Wilson who is always excited to meet clients who are happy for him to attend the meeting. 

Morwenna Pugsley - Partner

Morwenna Pugsley, who along with Richard is a fourth generation member of the family in the partnership, joined the practice in 2004. Morwenna specialises in residential and rural conveyancing including new build, re-mortgage, leasehold, unregistered land and transfers of part. She also advises on Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney issues. 
When not in the office, Morwenna likes spending time with her growing flock of chickens and sharing recipes with friends and family.



Dean Willdigg - Partner

Dean Willdigg joined the firm in 2016 and worked alongside Charles Pugsley. he became a partner when Charles retired from the partnership. He specialises in Wills, Probate, Intestacy and Trust issues as well as Court of Protection and Inheritance Tax matters. 
In his spare time Dean enjoys gardening, fair weather walking and racing. 

Terese Kingman - Associate Partner

Terese Kingman is an Associate Partner and specialises in all aspects of residential and rural conveyancing including new build, re-mortgage, leasehold, unregistered land and transfers of part. Terese always aims to keep clients updated and to deal with matters as quickly as possible making the conveyancing experience a little less stressful for her clients. Terese enjoys having a good working relationship with estate agents.
Outside of work Terese enjoys spending time with her family, reading, visiting the gym and travelling.

Faye Ward - Solicitor

Faye Ward initially joined the firm in 2018 having completed her law degree and an internship at a firm in Cardiff. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2022 having completed her legal training alongside working for Hole & Pugsley. She specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate.
Faye is a keen potter who enjoys spending time with her family and friends and attending live music events.
