Residential Conveyancing

We will help to guide you through the complexities of buying and selling a house

We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after you have decided to buy or sell. We can give you independent advice about surveys and valuations, estate agents and other things about which you will need to know.

We will explain to you in easy to understand terms and outline the steps that will be involved, from the initial stages of obtaining the title deeds and preparing a draft contract on your sale, to completing the transaction on the date when you move into your new home.

After that, of course, we shall deal with all the necessary stamp duty tax return, registration of your title, giving notice of the transfer in the case of Leasehold properties, dealing with the issue of a new share certificate where a management company is involved and generally ensuring that all the necessary procedures have been complied with on your behalf.

Commercial Conveyancing

For our business clients we deal with the sale and purchase of business premises, both freehold and leasehold as well as granting, assigning, subletting and surrendering leasehold interests. We advise on all the related issues appropriate to the transaction. Where necessary we can also act on behalf of commercial lenders to ensure the funding arrangements take place.

Agricultural Conveyancing

For our farming clients our services extend to the sale and purchase of whole farms and/or individual land lots. It may include advice on Basic Farm Payment and other entitlements.

We cover the grant of a Farm Business Tenancy whether acting for a Landlord or a Tenant. We can also offer essential advice on related topics such as rights of way and deeds of grant.
